~disgusted: Horrible CSR. Tried to help my son with a problem regarding his need for additional documentation. Spoke with CSR x *, both were rude, refused to help, one kept saying or hiding being it's a felony to talk to anyone but the applicant. But in the letter sent they say MY tax records would be sufficient proof. Horrible experience.
