Jeez... called 10 times or so, tried pressing 6 then 4. That didn't work. Finally after 6 minutes (I think I tried making random sounds) someone answered and I was able to determine that my tracking number was indeed not in the system but that I could come to the post office to pick it up (it wasn't really clear from their notice they left at my house). Bad system.
