Ridiculous varied phone calls, branch manager clueless, no solution e-mail response didn't address problem with no access to dis. funds due to lost bank card overseas. Told "It's your fault you left America" Lied to, rep thought I was on mute as he bad mouthed me and sang to music for ten minutes. Out of 15 calls got 3 people who were actually nice. the rest said: It's my understanding that we don't.... refused to read bank policy verbatim.
