~Kyfhoms: No number works when they are closed. For a wildland firefighter in the woods most of the time with no service this kills the few days off I do have. But I would rather talk to an English speaking american than some d-bag from India or your choice of countries saying they are a citicen with the name of "john smith". Then you have to ask, do I sound like a dumb American? (I'm plagued by telemarketers from India due to some ***** that used to have my number)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting VIZIO. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a VIZIO problem?
~Kyfhoms: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kyfhoms: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VIZIO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kyfhoms: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other VIZIO customers?
~Kyfhoms: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VIZIO to know who you are.
