Verizon's anti-spam system (the one that checks outgoing as opposed to incoming mail) is not competent to distinguish between spam and a complaint to a spammer's service provider, and Verizon has yet to act on written complaints to spamdetector.update "at" verizon.net. The system has on more than one occassion blocked me from reporting spammers!
