~venaal: I am so disappointed in Verizon. I wish that I never let Optimum. The internet is slow, the TV service freezes, and the customer service is horrible. I was on the phone with a representative and she was so rude and unprofessional and then she hung up. I called back and have been waiting on the phone for ** MINUTES to speak to someone else. And their website is so poorly set up, I actually think they set up it so no one can contact them. I am going back to Optimum.
