~Fixed income: I hate verizon. The billing is a mystery- the phone menu ballyhoos how you can solve your questions on the website- the website wont let me. I cant wait to dump them forever. They must know elderly and disabled have a hard time figuring out the "gotchas". All I wanted was basic phone and DSL. I am too stupid to figure it out. I am on a fixed income and do not want a bundle. They say if you dont like the fees- to complain to congress- but guess who writes the legislation? The telecoms do! Note how they say if you bankrupt out- the old balance re-surfaces! This is the business model most use now.
