GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Verizon Repair customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sky Valley: I have been without hard-line phone service for two weeks out of the past month. And again, tonight am without phone service over a Holiday Weekend July *th.**th.**th? **** and how far beyond ? T.B.D. . . . The nice lady I talked to on the *-*** number was unable to understand the technical jargon in the notes the engineers had remarked into my most recent phone issues. (unacceptable) and she said she would have to get her supervisor to call me back in the morning - on my overpriced "pay as you go" cell phone that I had to buy as backup service. Mind you I have had to file two complaints with the California Public Utilities Commission (unresolved) in the past regarding this same phone number at the same home. And on top of it I get a notice via e-mail this week they are raising my rates, having never given me a cent back in consideration for the "downtime" of the service, my time or the addition cost of pricey cell phone minutes calling them to tell them that dang phone isn't working A
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Verizon Repair. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Verizon Repair problem?
~Sky Valley: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sky Valley: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Repair's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sky Valley: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Verizon Repair customers?
~Sky Valley: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon Repair to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Sky Valley taken from his Verizon Repair customer service problem that occurred on November 20th, 2017.
