~surprised: I have to at least give it a * for service because I did get the RIGHT * out of the call....finally. I was inquiring about a returned item and wondering why after ** days it had still not been credited to my account. (I have the return receipt) The answer I received was, ask your bank. I said, the bank is not just going to give me a credit amount if you don't send them from where and how much. She told me again to contact my bank. I told her not to give me any more crazy answers (not my exact words) She was quiet for a moment and then quietly gave my the Customer Relations **-***-***-****. They were very helpful!!!
