GetHuman-308180: My product repair request has been submitted almost a month ago (July *, ****). In spite of the promise to update me on its status within "* business days" thereafter, I was required to again on July ** leave a message with the follow up service only to receive another message that it they would resolve my problem within a "business day". On July **, I called again to inquire as to the status of my product repair only to be told they would contact me within another "business day". Is it just me or do they have a problem with the concept of a "business day"?
