~anonymous: Purchased an HP Envy and apparently was the first as the rep had told us one had NOT been sold yet. (wife's tablet*computer) Purchased the extended warranty as you would think is an intelligent move for such a product. A year down the road my wife says it never has done a windows update. Called in set up a claim and all i got were lies from there. After actually getting it in there i received it in a manner to which i cannot verify windows nor are there any apps. Now they tell me this isnt THEY'RE problem and it never was.$***.** paper weight as of now.
