~Paying more for less service: One phone * said "Closed" but went on to say the regular Business hrs. were (*:** to *:** Pacific time) or something. I was calling at about *:** something Pacific time. Wait time was excessive. (Need more staff?) Sounds like virus scan hasn't been working correctly past * months or so. Is sending a Trouble shooting e-mail, but sounds like I will have to purchase another upgrade download to be able to use my service. Didn't expect that in addition to just renewing * yr. subscription. Yikes!
