GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Webs.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tbarry: Frozen website, people can go to it, I can't access my own content on the site, and they have not sent proof of me doing anything wrong, Just shut down my site, without ever notifying me. These people froze my account without ever warning me. They say marketing your website is spam. Even though Ive only used the social media sites they allow. They still have my website frozen and have not provided me with proof of me spamming anyone. Just them able to shut down sites if they feel like it. Oh yeah and don't allow you access to the content you published on the site.

~tbarry: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tbarry: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Webs.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tbarry: For that I would say five out of five.

~tbarry: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Webs.com to know who you are.
