~turkey12: I only waited * minutes on the phone number on the website to pick up but then verified my identity and why I called, was sent to another wrong dept. Transferred twice to wrong dept. as usual. The thrid time the agent couldn't help me and put me on hold without asking if I could stay on hold. Then she called back, wanted to put me on hold AGAIN for the mgr. She either refused or couldn't relay my simple second request to the mgr. Total waste of my time. This company's customer service is basically nonesistent because every time I call they are no help whatsoever.
