~Jason: They sent me a letter, while in the hospital, stating they reviewed my medications and health issues and determined they would be my best provider and i didn't have to do anything to switch, if they didn't receive a response from me within * days, they would automatically switch me over. I never talked to these people. they fraudulently switched me over by sending me a letter requiring a response and a lack of a response meant i agreed to switch.

~Jason: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
