~SRJ: They don't answer the phone, they don't follow up, they don't pay claims, they don't send explanation of benefits, when you get the big bill, the appeal period is over, ** days. No provider can send in a complete claim, always something missing. I would be better of on straight Medicare, now I have lost the **% benefit. Towers Watson and IBM put me into this plan - THEY DO NOT VET ANYTHING, buyer beware!
