~mouse57: I been a member since February and no problem till now. I was taken to the Hospital in the last week of June and I just got a bill, a note on the bill, said your insurance says you are not a member. I called Wellcare and *st was told they couldn't do anything on the phone and I would have to write to the claims dept. when I said I want something done now the rep asked if I had a claim number. How can I have a claim number on something they said they are not liable for.
