GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Wells Fargo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Daniel Vergara: My customer service guy Charles Hayes basically told me that it was my fault Wells Fargo didn't tell me about the wire transfer fee, he told me that why should I be complaining if I'm the one that chose to bank with Wells Fargo and that they didn't come to me. Then when I responded to those comments in shock, he put me on hold and put on a "manager" that didn't seem like a manager. He was worse than the Comcast guy. But I'm handling this with headquarters.
