Their website kept cancelling our order. We called up and waited 3+ hours to talk to a person (we had the call on the speakerphone while we worked) and finally we gave up. Accordingly, they deserve a 0 out of 5. The sad thing is they used to be a good company. They now deserve to be out of business with this new approach and total absence of customer service. Even Air Canada is better.
