~martin c: purchased fridge in Aug ****. Unit has short in wiring harness that causes breaker to trip. can not be repaired, fridge will be exchanged. so far i have waited three weeks to be contacted by whirpool while they review if an exchange is warranted. i have called at least four times to get a status on their review process. i am again told to call back if i have not been contcated in the next * or four days. i guess they are hoping i will just go away and will live with their crappy breaker tripping fridge. talk about horrible service!!!
