GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Yahoo customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-41511: Wednesday April**,****-To whom it May concern sir or Mam of, I have been trying to resolve an idenity theft Matter and this has happened with My idenity twice being stolen through yahoo and there customer service is horrible and the customer care people are horrible also and were never not once there to answer My call nor was I able to fill out a proper form regarding this issue without some how the form being taken from Me without it being completed. I will for one never refer any family nor friend for yahoo mail or messenger nor any services for simply put being unprofessional and not good customer care rep service and poor communication with there customers. If this were to get resolved, yahoo would take care of there customers and handle there calls first hand. Please feel free to email Me and My father regarding these issues this has been a very unpleasant experience for us both at *****@***.com thank-you
