GetHuman-259365: Just wanted to state that forcing a potential customer to "sign up" or "sign in" causes you to lose thousands of customers. I refuse to sign in and would have purchased many times over the last couple of years, but in this era of identity theft I refuse to give access to all information stored on my computer just to shop.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Zulily. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Zulily problem?
GetHuman-259365: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-259365: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zulily's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-259365: For that I would say two out of five.
