GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Zynga customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jeanneke: I have enjoyed playing Zynga games on Facebook and (thankfully) have not used much of my own money to play. I had a problem a week ago where over *million earned coins we used to purchase land...Zynga took the coins but didn't make the land available. I know this may sound like a silly issue and I don't take any game seriously but, I have sent tweets almost every day to get this resolved with no response. There is supposed to be a way on their support site but it doesn't work for me and when I go to their main site and click on this problem all that shows is a bunch of broken pipes.*I believe any company that has "pay to play" games needs to be easier to contact or be held accountable for failure to have an adequate game player support system without having to jump through their ever changing support system.

~jeanneke: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jeanneke: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zynga's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jeanneke: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Zynga customers?
~jeanneke: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zynga to know who you are.
