“21 business days later, I've yet to receive a refund on my card. This is how long I was told this transaction could take. I've contacted the store, no help there, I've emailed several times, again no help. I've already opened a case with the BBB, even though they are not a member. I then have to open a dispute at my local branch banking office, if no resolution there, contact Consumer Affairs in D.C. Pathetic customer service, and poor business practices.
