“Today, 4/8/11, I drove 1 1/2 hrs. to Aurora to shop at Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, IL. I shopped at Abercrombie & Fitch for a birthday present. When I returned home, I found the secuirty tag still attached to my shirt. Obviously, I cann't just run back 1 1/2 to just take the tag off. When I called the store, the only alternative was just that. This has caused a huge inconvenience to me and ruined the present that was to be given. This is the second time this store has caused an inconvenience to me. The last time they forgot to put the cologne in my bag that I had purchased. I am frustrated and not happy and I felt that an e:mail was to be sent so the company knows. ”-
