Tip from another customer

I puchased my computer in 2/2011 and started having problems in early march so I emailed them and was told how to solve the problem. It didn't work. I emailed them this month and was told to send it back to one of their service centers, got it back and still having troubles with it. I emailed them 3 days after I had it "REPAIRED" and in the endo was told it was a windows problem but I could call their Just Answer and be charged to talk to them. What makes me mad is when I purchased this computer it was for new computer with no problems. Acer built this computer, even installed the Windows 7 so they are responsible for the entire problem!!!!!!
