“We also purchased a Lane recliner and after one month it made a clicking noise while rocking. Took it back to the store (Down East Furniture, LaGrange, NC) and they agreed it should not make that noise, but would only offer store credit towards another chair. I called Lane and they only offer credit as well. We will never purchase any Lane furniture again.”
