“I purchased a pair of Adidas shorts. After the first washing, the black dye ran and stained the 3 white stripes. I contacted Adidas via email and received 3 canned responses, acknowledging my inquiry, but they never got back to me. Finally, I sent a letter to Adidas HQ and I received NO RESPONSE. I have lots of exercise clothes and buy often. I refuse to buy anything more from Adidas. ”
