“Had advanta card for 4 years never missed a payment ran a business off of it and paid off a few times in Oct decided to raise rate from 8.99 to 35.0 called could not get a english speaking person finally did and they told me they could lower it to 25% 4 mos. later Advanta cancelled all cards and went out of business. Still owe a balance wondering where the money is going I am paying every month.”
