“I booked r/t fr PHX to SNN,for about $1000,had to return early and was told change fee would be $300 on phone($150 on web site) Now find $1039 billed to my credit card, same flight just different day.How can this be possible or reasonable? Have sent to CCU-pray for me because I can't possibly find this money or see why I should have to. Eliza ”
