“Air France wasn't the problem: Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and its "security" people as well as the horrible layout of the airport and terrible signage are the worst. We had to miss out on two connecting flights because of the long distances and lack of help from airport people. At one time we were with a group of about 200 people trying to pass through one open desk for security clearance! That caused us to miss a flight, but security didn't care. Air France personnel helped us to get on the next flights after we expressed our indignation at the treatment we (and many others) received. Flights were fine, once we got on!”
