“These big Corporations have no empathy, nor consideration when they make an error! I paid a deposit, the reconnect fee and then started gettine credited bills! When I finally did get a bill my service was turned off, and cycle started all over again. Another deposit, reconnect fee, past due, plus current! I think Alagasco does this on purpose to collect more fees, but I am going to seek out an attorney this time! This is rediculous.
