“I would stay clear of this company, very poor or NO customer service.
I had cable, internet and telephone hooked up on June 10, 2010, techs tried several times to make it work properly, nothing worked. Cable was fuzzy, internet and telephone only worked about 20 minutes out of a 24 hour period.
I called Allegiance on June 22, 2010 to have service disconnected. Allegiance said they would send a UPS label to ship my equipment back to them, they would not send a tech to pick it up. I had my local telephone company and a satellite company install services on June 25, 2010.
I receive UPS label, the first or second week in July, pack all the equipment in ONE box and ship out. I receive a bill for $113 in July, thinking it was just a mistake I ignore it. I receive another bill in August, I believe my bill was up to around $800 at this time for non returned equipment. I call customer service, complete waste of time, they end up hanging up on me. They said I had not returned the equipment, which I had, I told them to track the shipping number, they said they couldn't. I work in a shop and we ship items everyday, and I know if WE generate a UPS label, we can track it. They said they had no idea where I sent the equipment to, THEY SENT ME THE FILLED OUT UPS LABEL....!!
I receive a collection notice, I write the collection company a letter with all the facts, they continue to pursue $150. Allegiance does not have me disconnected until August 24, 2010. They have dropped the equipment charges. Allegiance request I send proof from my local company that I have had their services from June 25, 2010, I sent my statement showing exactly that, Allegiance still will not drop any of the charges, because THIER records show the amount is correct.
Customer service sent me an email stating I called to disconnect on August 17, 2010, they did not receive the phone/internet modem until October and the cable box in November. I PACKED AND SHIPPED ALL IN THE SAME BOX!! Stay clear of this company if at all possible!!! It is June 29, 2011, a year later and this is still not resolved....
