I started with Cellulare One about twelve years ago. I never had any problems with any of their service till they became Alltel. Now I have dropped calls, no service where I used to be able to obtain a signal, and to top it off for some dumb reason I just renewed my contract and purchased a brand new phone only to find out that after 17 days it had 17 hours of documented use prior to my purchase. I have called Customer Service and was referred to the Alltel store where I renewed my contract and purchased the Brand New Phone but after 2 phone calls and 2 personal visits I have got nothing but the run around. Currently I am seeking legal advice.
