They are withholding funds from mom and pop businesses that sell products on their site. Especially in today's economy small businesses cannot afford to be without the funds they need to keep their business running. This is a brief example of how selling on Amazon works: You list products for sale on their site. Sale is made, Amazon charges customer's credit card and notifies you sale has been made. You ship product to customer. Amazon takes commission only pays every 2 wks (Under normal circumstances)/when time to pay send form ltr acct on hold 30 days. Then again 30 days on&on. Have $9K my $. MANY complaints online/search.
