I have been paying CIPS for 30 years. I was shut off today for a late bill due 2 weeks ago for $189.00. They are charging me $324.00 to turn it back on. Can't talk to anyone above customer service rank. Customer service just saus.."I'm so sorry. I can't believe they shut you off. What is going on? $324.00????? I an struggling enough as it is.
