You do that when : you are reported as innapropiate user from an other customer... or when you have illegal download (movie, mp3) .. So that is why they said she is unable to help you .. that is the company policy, you brake the rules , and they treat you like that when you do it :) .... Have you been a noughty downloader? and have you been speaking wrong words to someone by mail or chat :) ? ”
