“Due to bad weather, 2 out of 3 of my flights had to be changed rather quickly. So I understand how a bag can be lost. However the commputerized message received the next day did not give me any time to respond. I went on line to aa.com/bagstatus. My name and the file locator number I was given from the AA clerk when filing the paperwork did not match, so no info. Tried contacting OKC baggage office directly with nrs from the web, no luck. Tip from PixieWife with the correct number 405-680-3733 did the trick. I got to talk to a real person at airport baggage for OKC and my bag was located. Many thanks to Tip from PixieWife. Also just received a computerized msg saying my bag will be delivered. Tip to AA baggage claim clerks when having to file reports at 11:45pm... Drink more coffee! ”
