Delayed baggage due to cancellation of flight after luggage checked in. had to take another set of flights to get to final destination and told luggage would be on same flight next day. Trying to followup and improve the information about the baggabe using the baggage locator page provided no help. Calling let to voice tree hell with same information as on web site and no way to edit the baggage description. Went back to voice mail and after getting into the baggage branch starting hitting 0 a couple of times until I got a real person who was able to answer all kinds of questions about the process, clear up issues, improve the baggage description and add contact information.
