“I was given a 30 day trial period and I tried several times to cancel and couldn't. The only way I could get a live person was to call 1-800-711-4474 and pick the option new membership. We spoke and she said it was only a 14 day trial period and even if it was I tried several time to cancel it when she was about to do something about it we got diconnected. Poor example of customer service. I will never recomend this company or service to anyone!”
