“Package delivered 25th Oct and only phone dealt with(Cutting off answerphone as I later discovered) 10 DAYS OF FRUSTRATION WITH INDIA before P,Broadhurst(LVPXB40) came to set everything up and did wonderful job. (Ref OF171399) Why was I allocated OUTREACH in the first place? Had a proper team fitted everything I would have been spared this stress and inconvenience of no computer and no TV. I do not feel the ads on television reflect your actual original non-service and I sincerely hope you do not intend to charge me for Mr. Broadhurst,s visit as this service should have been carried out at the outset.”
