“i read the review stating to call 562.484.2000 and hit 0 for an operator. This no longer works. If you keep hitting zero, it hangs up on you. The number works, but like another review said, choose the option to add a family member, then when it asks you to put in ur mem #, just sit and wait. For me, I talked to a person in about 2 minutes.
