“My son is in the Marines and is being activated & deployed to Afghanistan. His mortgage is with Bank of America. I have been trying to get an acceptance letter for his application for the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. BOA keeps denying it and I have spent hours on the phone being transferred and hung up on only to find out their SCRA Dept refuses to speak to you directly. This bank is the worst I have ever dealt with and they have no compassion for our Military. As soon as my son gets back from his deployment he is changing banks. Don't do business with Bank of America.”
