“In my Aug Bell bill, I received an insert pertaining to UTOS(Unregulated Terms of Service) written in legalese. I could see there were changes to Sections 1,2,3,10,11 & 16. On going through the 17 sections, trying to find the info that changed, I was just lost. At the bottom of the list of changes, there was statement: "What follows is a copy of the updated Agreement that becomes effective Oct 1/10. If you have any questions about your continuing service, please call 310-BELL, Otherwise, the updated Agreement will apply to your Bell Services." I called, reaching Costa Rica, who hung up on me, then the Philipines who tried to help me, but didn't know about the insert in my bill. He kept trying to tell me I wasn't involved in the changes to promotions. At wit's end, I asked for his supvr, who was more helpful, but also didn't have a copy of the insert in my bill. His UTOS copy was not updated to July 30/10 as mine was. I requested a rep from Bell in Toronto to explain all the 17 Sections + changes to me, was told that was impossible. He is to call me with a clearer version of the changes and how they apply to me, (some hope). All this took place over 1 hour and 45 mins and still nothing is resolved - I'm still afraid I'll be taken advantage of and SHAME ON BELL!!!!
