“My son has given me a cel phone that belonged to my daughter inlaw and put a prepaid $15.00 paid by master card ans I still can't make call on it after 24hrs. the number was chaged but not the name of the owner. we live in diferent provinces.It is my 1st cel phone and with the service I got when I went to the office here was not very helpful.”
