IN REGARDS TO TRACEY FROM BENDIGO BANK BERWICK - I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN AND I WOULD LIKE SOME ONE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY COMPLAINT, AS I HAVE FOUND A WEBSITE THAT IS FULL OF COMPLAINTS FROM BENDIGO BANK AND I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER, I AM FED UP WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVED. RUDE UBRUPT AND ONLY LOOKS AFTER THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS MONEY. i have been with bendigo bank for only a short period of time and been a pensioner I am disgusted in the your 40.00 bank fees for not having the right amount of money in your account. Its a very high price to pay, i have already been charged 180.00 in bank fees for dishourned payments. The reason this happened was beyond my control. I have spoken to the bank manager at berwick and I found her to be very rude and inconsiderate. When i opened up my account with her, she was also very rude and abrupt. I would like to make a formal complaint in regards to her customer service skills. She seems more concerned about trying to impress the company she works for,for her own personal benefit, than trying to help out the smaller person (the customer) I feel as she looks down on people as is very judgemental, as we(i) dont have a lot of money I am not as much value, compared to a customer who may have 250 000.00. I find this very offensive and i think that she should treat everyone fairly like most bank managers I have come across. I didnt even get a smile out of her and even after i complained about the bank fees, she did show any compansion what so ever. I have been very angry and annoyed by this, I do have term deposit accounts which I was considering when the month was up to transfer to your bank, but after my experience with your bank, I would NOT recommend your services to anyone. IN REGARDS TO THE 3RD TIME I HAVE BEEN PENALISED 40.00 please take into consideration that I had transfered the monies into the account from another bank and was unaware that it would not be an instant transfer, as you can see, the amount of 80.00 (layby)was transfered into my account, by the time the money was put into my account it was too late and I was already penalised. As you can see i tried to do the right thing, but unfortunately it didnt happen, and I would like you to consider waiving the bank fee of 40.00, as i have had the account open for only a short time and have already been charged 180.00. I am a pensioner and that is alot of money and i cannot afford to keep this account open at this rate. I would appreciate a response and some sort of relief as this bank has cost me alot of money so far. I understand if you do not want us pensioners as we do not provide you with a lot profit and therefore are not been considerate at all. I have a few friends which are having the same problems with your bank, your penalty fees are unaffordable for us struggling pensioners, as i have noticed from the past you dont have any compansion for our loss. © 2011 Microsoft Terms Privacy About our ads Advertise Developers Help Center Feedback English
