Tried to order a computer tablet online to be picked up at a local store. Website said the item was in stock, but a subsequent email said it wasn't and that I should call customer service to have it changed to another store. After several calls and wait times of over 20 mins with obnoxious and LOUD Christmas advertisements (I didn't wait) I gave up up and sent email to cancel order. Hopefully it will be canceled.
