“I am trying to get Ultimate Bigpond Cable for my home (Ph 03 9326 0907 and Email umstadm@bigpond.net.au). As a loyal customer at work, with mobiles, with Foxtel and cable at home for many many years I have ben told that I have to wait up to 12 months for Ultimate Cable. If my wife registers as a new customer we can get it immediately. Why are Telstra punishing my loyalty? It is very poor service. How can I keep my current plans, phones, accounts and numbers and get Ultimate sooner? Mark
