Customer service wait time is 30+ minutes. There is NO customer service email address listed on their website. When I did get connected to a customer service representative, she gave me an incorrect fax number (for another employee at Blue Shield)...now, instead of sending a simple email question, I have to call again and wait forever on hold AGAIN! Not happy...trying to cancel my plan.
