I ordered a movie at our Watertown, NY store in Salmon Run Mall and when I got home our computer had a message that our order was cancelled. I called the store and they passed the buck to customer service. I called customer service and ordered again and that order too was cancelled and no one at Borders could tell me why. So for the 3rd time, I called customer service and the gentleman who took my order, again, said he would process it. This is now 8 hours later and I have no notice on our computer that they ever had my order. Now for the 4th time I am driving to Borders in Watertown, NY again, tomorrow to try to determine what is going on. I don't think I will ever shop on line again with this store.
